Holly Flinn

Holly Flinn is currently the Vice President of Aon Benefit Experience, having previously served as a Director in the Aon Active Health Exchange. With extensive experience in health and welfare benefits, Holly held the position of Client Service Director at Willis Towers Watson's OneExchange from 2016 to 2019 and worked as an Independent Consultant prior to that. Holly's career also includes roles as Director of Benefits at both DHL Supply Chain and Bob Evans Farms, where they implemented comprehensive benefits programs and organizational changes. Holly studied Actuarial Science at The Ohio State University, continuing their education while actively contributing to the field.
