Ibrahim Khoury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product development, innovation, and marketing. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Digital Product and AI at Alight Solutions since March 2017, Ibrahim leads initiatives focused on generative AI solutions and user experience optimization. Prior to this role, Ibrahim held the position of Director of Innovation at Aon Hewitt, driving technology strategies and AI implementations for enhanced client experiences. As co-founder and VP of Product Development and Marketing at BoardShare Inc., Ibrahim pioneered interactive whiteboarding technology, which earned a national award. With a robust background in marketing and product management at notable companies such as Motorola and Pactiv, Ibrahim has consistently demonstrated expertise in launching innovative products and leading cross-functional teams. Ibrahim's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business from The University of Toledo and degrees in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Bowling Green State University and Ohio University, respectively.
