Isaiah Chang is currently the Managing Director of Capital Advisory at Aon, specializing in M&A, capital solutions, and strategic advisory for insurance, reinsurance, and InsurTech companies. Prior to this role, Isaiah gained extensive experience in investment banking and structured reinsurance across several organizations, including Lockton Companies and Swiss Re. Isaiah has also held positions in strategy and innovation at CSAA Insurance Group and in deal structuring at AmTrust Financial Services. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Pre-Medical Studies from UC Riverside, Isaiah is pursuing a Master of Science in Finance from Villanova University.
