Todd Miller

Todd Miller is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in secondary private equity transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Secondary Advisory at Jefferies since January 2021, Todd leads coverage and execution of transactions in North America. Previously, Todd held the position of Managing Director at Greenhill Cogent from 2005 to 2021, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Todd's career also includes significant roles as Senior Vice President at Bluffview Capital LP and as Associate and Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse First Boston, as well as experience as a Consultant at Deloitte. Todd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business in 1994.
