Janet Heaton

Janet Heaton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and reward issues, currently serving as a Principal at Aon since October 2016. Previously, Janet held the same title at Mercer from January 2007 to October 2016, specializing in European headquartered multinationals, leading projects such as international benefit reviews and post-merger harmonization. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate at Goldman Sachs, managing benefit programs across EMEA, and a Consultant position at Mercer. Janet holds a Dip IEB in International Employee Benefits from the International Employee Benefits Association and a BA (Hons) in International Business with Modern Languages from the University of Strathclyde.
