Janet Osborn

Janet Osborn has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as a Partner and Human Capital Client Leader at Aon since 2024, where they drive sales growth and oversee multidisciplinary teams. Previously, they held senior positions at Aon, including the role of Senior Partner and Region Managing Director from 2013 to 2018, and led transformative initiatives at Hewitt Associates as a Partner from 2000 to 2010. Janet began their career at Sallie Mae, directing public finance and higher education sales. They are also active in the community, serving on multiple boards, including the Junior Achievement of Greater Washington and the Wolf Trap Foundation. Janet is pursuing a BA in Economics at William & Mary.
