Jason Saw has a robust background in client executive roles and operational leadership within the insurance and financial services sectors. At Aon, Jason served as a Client Executive for the National division and also held the position of Regional Facultative Placement Executive for the Asia Financial Services & Professions Group. Prior to Aon, Jason was with Marsh & McLennan Companies as the ICS Operations Leader for New Zealand, where responsibilities included managing operations teams, coaching, recruitment, training, and overseeing administrative work.
