Javier Sánchez Reyes

Javier Sánchez Reyes is the Co-Head of Affinity, SME & Digital Client Solutions at Aon Spain, where they focus on creating multichannel insurance distribution solutions. Previously, they co-founded Inspiring Benefits, a leader in multichannel loyalty program management, overseeing operations across several countries. Their earlier experience includes roles as Deputy Director General at ipsCA and Co-Founder of Escala IT, along with strategic consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Javier holds an ExMBA from IE Business School and a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
