Jeff Hamburg

Jeff Hamburg is a highly experienced legal professional with a diverse background in privacy, compliance, and advocacy. With a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis, Jeff began a career as an attorney in various capacities, including roles at the American Insurance Association, Jefferson Group, and Allianz, where responsibilities included advising on compliance and data privacy matters. Jeff founded the Jeff Hamburg Law Office, providing legal counsel on consumer rights and compliance programs. Later, as an Advanced Media & Technology Associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP, Jeff focused on commercial contracts and data security. In recent years, Jeff held senior privacy counsel positions at Aon, managing global compliance and privacy strategies across multiple regions, currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Global Privacy & Data Trust Leader for North America.
