Jessica Harger

Jessica Harger currently serves as the Managing Director and North America Tax Practice Leader for Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions since 2016, specializing in tax insurance solutions for private equity, corporate clients, and high-net-worth family offices. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at EY in Transaction Advisory Services, focusing on tax structuring and due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side clients from 2015 to 2016. Jessica's career began at PwC, where responsibilities included International Tax M&A from 2010 to 2015. Jessica holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Middlebury College.
