Jim Tindale

Jim Tindale is a seasoned partner specializing in operational change, business separation, and pension management. They have extensive experience, having served as the Germany R&I Separation & Transition Leader at Aon in 2021 and as the Pension Scheme Actuary at Aon Hewitt from 1999 to 2021. Jim began their career as an actuary at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from 1988 to 1994 and later worked as a staff actuary at the Institute of Actuaries between 1994 and 1999. They hold a BSc Hons in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of St Andrews, earned in 1988.
