John Sweeney

John Sweeney is an experienced executive compensation consultant with a demonstrated history in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Aon since June 2021, John has previously held positions at Korn Ferry from August 2016 to June 2021, where roles included Associate Consultant and Analyst in Advisory. Earlier experience includes a Research Associate position at DHR International and an Equity Research Analyst internship at Broadview Advisors LLC. John also gained valuable exposure as a Game-Day Intern and Marketing Intern with the Indianapolis Colts. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, completed in 2014.
