Joseph McGinty

Joseph McGinty is a seasoned Benefits and Insurance professional with extensive experience in leadership positions across various companies. Currently, McGinty serves as Senior Vice President and Health & Benefits Practice Leader at Aon since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading market sales initiatives. Prior to this role, McGinty was Vice President and Practice Leader of the Employee Benefits Division at The Graham Company from August 2005 to February 2017, successfully growing the division into a profitable operation. Earlier experience includes serving as Insurance Manager at IKEA North American Services, overseeing US Property & Casualty programs, and as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Mercer HR Consulting.
