Justin Westergom

Justin Westergom currently serves as Vice President of Employee Benefits at Aon, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Justin was Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services from October 2022 to January 2024. With a strong background in management, Justin worked at ADP as Major Accounts District Manager in the CPA Centric division from March 2017 to October 2022. Additional experience includes a role as an IT Engineer at TeleTracking in 2016-2017 and as a Customer Service Analyst Level II at PPG Industries from October 2015 to September 2016. Justin began a professional career in sales at GNC from 2010 to 2015. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
