Rich Twietmeyer

SEVP at M3 Insurance

Rich Twietmeyer is senior executive vice president of sales-employee benefits, and partner at M3 Insurance. He is responsible for the overall direction, long-term planning, new business development, sales performance, carrier relations, and strategic partnerships of the employee benefits product line, and a member of M3's Executive Operating Committee.

Rich graduated from Concordia University-Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986. He began his career in insurance as an account executive with Travelers Insurance, and subsequently joined Fitzgerald, Clayton, James & Kasten, Inc., where he started its employee benefits division and served in various roles including president. Rich joined M3 in 2010.

Today, Rich is a member of the United Health Care National Advisory Council. Rich also serves on the board for C2 Solutions, an equity-owned partnership comprised of six regional, independent brokers – including M3 – that offers cumulative knowledge, experience, innovation, and the ability to leverage the group's national footprint.

Rich is an active member of his community, serving as a member of the Concordia University-Wisconsin Foundation Board and the JP Cullen Advisory Board. Additionally, he is a coach for Cedarburg’s youth football program, the Cedarburg Dawgs.
