Kate Fitzpatrick currently serves as the Head of Aviation at Aon, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at AerCap from May 2008 to October 2025, including Vice President of Group Insurance Services and Senior Director of Group Insurance Services.
