Leonora Siccardi is the Global Chief Operating Officer at Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions. With over twenty years of global experience in top-tier insurance brokers and carriers, Leonora has been instrumental in establishing and leading business strategy agendas and high-performing global claims organizations. Currently, Leonora leads a multinational team focused on claims, contracts, and technical broking, while also driving transformational change and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Leonora holds a Law degree from Genoa University, a Master in Insurance and Risk Management from Bocconi University, and various executive certificates, including one from Stanford University.
