Leslie Brandt-Small

Leslie Brandt-Small is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in financial systems and corporate development. Currently serving as Vice President of M&A Integration & Corp Dev Operations at Aon since August 2013, Leslie has held several key positions, including Senior Director of M&A Integration and Governance, as well as Senior Director of Global Finance - Strategic Financial Solutions. Leslie is responsible for financial system implementations and organization transformation projects, currently managing the global rollout of Workday Financials across 60 countries. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Financial Systems at Career Education Corporation and Consultant in various capacities, including Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting and Auditor at KPMG. Leslie holds a BBA in Accounting from Temple University, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
