Marius Grindemann is an Associate Partner and Head of Strategy & Roadmap, currently guiding strategic initiatives at Aon. Previously, Marius served as a Principal Consultant in Aon's Assessment Solutions and held various director roles, including Director of Product Management for Digital SaaS Products. Prior to joining Aon, Marius worked at Generali from 2010 to 2016 in HR Diagnostics, Organizational Development, and related fields. Marius completed education at the Deutsche Psychologen Akademie in 2018.
