Marnix Zwartbol

Marnix Zwartbol is a seasoned operations executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Aon Benelux since May 2023, overseeing Aon Business Services in the region. Previously, Marnix held several senior roles at BNY Mellon from December 2006 to May 2023, including Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed governance and oversight structures to meet regional regulatory and business objectives. Marnix's prior experience also includes leadership positions in operations and service management at ING Investment Management and Robeco.
