Martin Krcho

Martin Krcho is an experienced reinsurance professional who currently serves as the Head of Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions office in Bratislava and heads Agriculture and Bank De-Risking Solutions in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS. Martin began their career developing business in Romania, where they established the largest client portfolio in the market, contributing to Aon Reinsurance Solutions being recognized as the Best Reinsurance Broker of the Year for five consecutive years. After relocating to Warsaw in 2016, Martin held the position of Head of Aon Benfield office in Poland and was a Member of the Board of Aon Polska. They returned to Bratislava in 2019 after successfully rebuilding the Warsaw team and have since been responsible for treaty reinsurance in Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania. Martin's education includes a Master’s in Banking, Finance, and Investments from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave and a diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
