Melissa Hodges

Melissa Hodges is the Director of Bid Management – Commercial Risk Solutions on the Pursuit and Creative team, where they empower results for internal clients by delivering innovative solutions for proposals and presentations. With a career in proposal project management that began in 2005, Melissa transitioned from managing civil engineering proposals to focusing on health care in 2010. They have held positions at companies such as Aon and MedImpact, demonstrating extensive skills in writing, editing, and developing marketing materials. Melissa also holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in English from The Ohio State University and an Associate in Risk Management.
