Nicole Rondy

Nicole Rondy is a seasoned legal and transaction professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and transactional solutions across Central Europe. Currently serving as the Head of Transaction Solutions for Central Europe at Aon since January 2021, Nicole has previously held significant roles, including Deputy Head of M&A Transaction Solutions for the DACH Region and Associate Director of M&A and Transaction Solutions at Aviva. Nicole's career began at leading law firms such as Allen & Overy and Linklaters, focusing on corporate law and finance, complemented by in-house counsel experience at Julius Baer and Merrill Lynch. Nicole holds a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Practice from The University of Law and an LLB in Law from the University of Bristol.
