Nisheeth Jankar

Nisheeth Jankar is an experienced professional in the fields of financial advisory and talent management. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Institutions Advisory at Aon since February 2024, Nisheeth is responsible for leading consulting assignments across India. Prior to this role, Nisheeth acted as the Asia-Pacific Talent Lead at Cargill, focusing on talent strategies and organizational development from January 2021 to December 2024. Nisheeth's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Principal at Korn Ferry, where expertise in M&A Advisory and HR Transformation was applied, as well as holding various leadership roles at AonHewitt, focusing on market development, HR transformation, and organizational design. Nisheeth began a career in human resources as an Assistant Manager at Jubilant Organosys Ltd. Nisheeth holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University, earned in January 2003.
