Nora Fitzgerald

Nora Fitzgerald is a retired benefits communication consultant who has over 20 years of experience in consulting. Most recently, Nora served as Director and Client Lead at Alight Solutions, as well as Associate Partner at Aon Hewitt, where responsibilities included leading large assignments related to benefits, compensation, and total rewards communication. Nora's expertise lies in developing and implementing data-driven HR communication strategies that assist individuals in navigating complex topics. Previous roles include consulting positions at The ROC Group and Towers Perrin, where Nora held the title of Senior Consultant. Nora Fitzgerald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School.
