Patrick O'Neill

Patrick O'Neill is a seasoned professional in the marine insurance industry, currently serving as the U.S Marine Practice Leader and Senior Vice President at Aon since May 2012. With extensive experience managing international and domestic marine business, O'Neill oversees operational protocols and strategic program design while fostering client relationships. Prior to Aon, O'Neill held significant roles at Mutual Marine Office/ProSight Specialty Insurance and XL Group, where responsibilities included managing profitable portfolios, overseeing underwriting processes, and negotiating reinsurance treaties. An alumnus of Fordham University, O'Neill graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics.
