They previously held roles including EMEA Real Estate Manager at Aon Hewitt and Head of Property at Nesta, where they led the development and implementation of effective property strategies. With a strong background in project management and real estate consultancy, they have successfully guided multiple high-profile projects across various sectors. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the University of Hertfordshire and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice from Cranfield School of Management.
