Pedro Soeiro

Pedro Soeiro has extensive experience at Aon, starting as a trainee and reaching the position of EMEA Growth Operations | DAU Operations & Strategy Leader. In this role, Pedro leads the operational support for Aon’s Delivering Aon United (DAU) global standards in the EMEA region, aligning standards with global strategies to provide value to colleagues and clients. Previous roles include Chief Data Officer for Iberia, where Pedro integrated Data & Analytics capabilities across regions and business units, and various managerial positions overseeing strategic initiatives and team operations. Educational accomplishments include an Executive Program in Analytics Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Graduate degree in Economics from the University of Lisbon.
