Rabia Gumber

Rabia Gumber is an experienced Cisco UCC Lead at Aon since July 2017, specializing as a Cisco Voice Network Analyst responsible for the end-to-end process from project implementation to user-level support. Prior to this role, Rabia served as a Cisco Network Engineer at Infosys from July 2016 to June 2017, focusing on design and implementation, including creating high-level designs for both greenfield and existing infrastructures. Additionally, Rabia worked at Wipro from July 2013 to June 2016 as a Cisco IPT Engineer for client BT, handling phone-related changes. Rabia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jalandhar, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Information Technology and System Management at NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education.
