Rafael Matuk

Rafael Matuk is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in managing and directing IT and product development initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Platform/Product for Health Solutions Technology at Aon since July 2017, Rafael leads a team of over 100 colleagues, focusing on global product strategy for digital channels in health solutions. Prior to Aon, Rafael held various roles at UL, including Head of Information Delivery Solutions, where responsibilities included program management and user experience, and also directed IT Quality Assurance. Additional experience includes significant roles at Deloitte Consulting, Motorola, and General Instrument, with a strong emphasis on enterprise applications and quality assurance processes. Rafael's educational background includes leadership training from Columbia University and a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from Instituto Tecnologico de Nogales.
