Raman Kalra

Raman Kalra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards at Aon since March 2017, Raman has progressively advanced through various HR roles, including Manager HR and Consultant II for TA Recruiting. Prior to joining Aon, Raman worked at Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. as a Management Trainee, focusing on manpower recruitment and training program development. Raman holds an MBA in Human Resources from Kurukshetra University, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2016, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same university, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
