Sara Tiew is the Regional Talent Advisory Director for Aon in the APAC region, where they shape talent advisory solutions on pay, skills, workforce planning, and M&A. Previously, they served as a Future of Work Fellow at the World Economic Forum, co-authoring the influential whitepaper "Resetting the Future of Work Agenda: Disruption and Renewal in a Post-COVID World." Sara's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and UOB, and they actively contribute to inclusive transformation initiatives, such as their volunteer work with the Rainbow Centre. Sara is currently pursuing a degree in Applied Accounting at Oxford Brookes University.
