Sean Radford

Sean Radford currently serves as the Global Deputy Chief People Officer and Chief People Officer for North America at Aon, where responsibilities include partnering with executive leaders to advance human capital strategies for a workforce of 15,000. Prior to Aon, Radford held the position of EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at HALO Branded Solutions, and served multiple senior roles at CNA Insurance, where Sean focused on organizational effectiveness and transformation. Radford's career began at Wells Fargo, where Sean gained extensive experience in banking and leadership development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara.
