Shep Washburn

Shep Washburn is the Global Head of Strategy for Human Capital at Aon, a position they have held since 2022. Before this role, they were the Global Head of Solution Strategy in the Office of the President at Aon. Shep's previous experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation, and Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Willis Towers Watson. They also served as an Analyst at both Morgan Stanley and Dolan McEniry Capital Management, LLC, and worked as a Consultant at The Delves Group. Shep earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Lake Forest College.
