Tony Geer

Tony Geer is the Head of HCS EMEA Strategy & Operations at Aon, where they leverage over 15 years of experience in strategy, leadership, and human capital. Geer focuses on accelerating growth through innovative initiatives that address client needs while collaborating with regional and global business leaders. Prior to Aon, they gained valuable experience as a Consultant with the United Nations and served as an Associate at McLagan. Geer holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Bath and an MBA from Warwick Business School, both of which are consistently ranked among the top institutions in the UK.
