Victor Shonhiwa

Victor Shonhiwa is an experienced professional in the insurance and risk management industry, currently serving as Client Director and AGCN Lead at Aon since June 2018. In this role, Victor heads the Aon Global Client Network for South Africa and Africa. Prior to this position, Victor held various roles at Aon Botswana from October 2007 to June 2018, including Deputy Director and Regional Manager. Victor's career began at Minerva Risk Advisors, where responsibilities included Assistant General Manager, Operations Director, Manager, and Account Executive from September 1996 to September 2007. Victor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from MANCOSA and has further education from the Chartered Insurance Institute and the University of South Africa.
