Ward Ching

Ward Ching serves as the Strategic Solutions and Innovation Head at Aon since March 2022 and has held the position of Managing Director for the Western Region at Aon Captive & Insurance Management since April 2015. Additionally, Ward Ching contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, teaching Risk Management and Insurance. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Risk Management Operations at Safeway, Managing Principal at Ross Consulting Group, and Managing Director at Marsh, where responsibilities included new business production across a vast geographic region. Ward Ching began a career in risk management as a Principal at Towers Perrin. Ward Ching holds multiple degrees in International Relations and Economics from the University of Southern California.
