Xianwei Lee

Xianwei Lee is currently the Head of M&A for Howden in Asia. They have held prominent roles throughout their career, including positions as Head of Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions, and Senior Vice President at Marsh, where they focused on Private Equity and M&A transaction risk. Xianwei previously worked as an Associate at Stamford Law and Morgan Lewis Stamford, as well as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance from 2010 to 2015. They earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from UCL and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from East China University of Politics and Law.
