Gregory Hughes began their career in 2006 as a General Manager and Outside Sales Representative for Fastenal. In 2012, they took on the role of Regional Account Executive for OpenWorks. In 2013, they became the Regional Sales Manager for High Performance Seals/Hercules OEM. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Inside Sales Representative for National Precision Bearing Group of Mechatronics Inc. In 2021, they assumed the role of Regional Sales Manager--Seals for AOP Technologies.
Gregory Hughes attended Washington State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
