Mike Capozziello

Mike Capozziello is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in mechanical and process engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at AOP Technologies since August 2021, Mike is involved in both prototype creation and project management for industrial automation equipment. Previously, as a Process Engineer at Hartung Glass Industries, responsibilities included coordinating machinery installations and optimizing factory workflows. Mike also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Nel Hydrogen, addressing supply chain issues and conducting evaluations of materials and processes. Earlier in the career, Mike contributed as a Product Development Engineer at ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions, focusing on the Architectural Egress Hardware Group. Mike holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fairfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
