Jerome Klajbor

Jerome Klajbor has extensive work experience in finance and administration roles. Jerome currently holds the position of Director of Finance at AOSense, Inc since April 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Interim CFO at IntelliCorp, Inc. from July 2019 to April 2020. Jerome also has a long history with IntelliCorp, where they worked as CEO/CFO from July 2006 to June 2019 and as EVP/CFO from June 2000 to June 2006. Before joining IntelliCorp, they held various positions at Stanford Telecommunications Inc, including CVP/CFO from November 1996 to December 1999, VP Finance and Administration from May 1992 to November 1996, and Corporate Contracts Manager from September 1989 to April 1992. Prior to that, they worked as the Commercial/Government Contracts Manager at Acurex Corporation/Aerothrem Division from August 1987 to August 1989, and as a Contracting Officer at various US government agencies from September 1978 to August 1987.

Jerome Klajbor obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Washington State University in the years 1974 to 1978. Jerome also holds a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot - Glider from the Federal Aviation Administration.
