APro is an internship agency and training provider working in partnership with companies and universities. We prepare participants with career-ready skills, place them into real-world projects with partner organizations in Japan and internationally, and support them from onboarding to completion. Our model is simple: we manage the program, partner companies host interns and provide meaningful projects and mentorship. That means less administrative burden for partners and a clearer, more supported path for participants.
