Gary Noguchi

Gary Noguchi began their work experience as an Associate at Shinsei Bank from July 2002 to October 2005. Gary then worked as a Vice President at Kirkwood Capital Advisors from October 2005 to May 2011. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at Aozora Bank, starting in June 2011. At Aozora Bank, Gary is responsible for participating in senior loans secured by commercial real estate in the United States, including office, retail, and multifamily properties. Gary plays a leading or active role in deal screening, investment memo preparation, property and legal due diligence, committee presentation, closing, and ongoing monitoring.

Gary Noguchi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1999. Gary later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Finance and Japan Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, completing it in 2002.
