Currently serving as the Groups and Events Sales Promoter & Coordinator at AP HOTELS & RESORTS since June 2019, Telma manages group proposals, client communications, and inventory control, while actively participating in tourism fairs and partner negotiations. Previous roles include Senior Travel Specialist at Algarve Lifestyle and various positions in sales and marketing at Microsoft and several hotel groups, where Telma was responsible for managing reservations, optimizing online presence, and developing marketing strategies. Telma holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Hotel Management School in Faro, Portugal, and has furthered education with certifications in Microsoft Office and administrative assistance.
