Alexandra LEBAS

Alexandra Lebas is a dedicated professional in human resources with extensive experience in recruitment, employee retention, and career management. From 2006 to 2015, they served as a Senior Consultant at AJL Conseil. They held the position of Human Resources Manager at the American Hospital of Paris from 2018 to 2021, followed by a role as Head of Workforce and Recruitment at Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild until 2023. Currently, Alexandra is the Head of Attractiveness and Recruitment at AP-HP, Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris, while also pursuing degrees at INSEEC MSc and in Labor Law.
