Layne Bunker

Layne Bunker is an innovative and experienced Silicon Design and CAD Engineer with over 35 years in the semiconductor industry. Currently a Senior Principal Design Engineer at AP Memory Technology Corp, Layne has a proven track record in developing AI inference accelerators and advanced DRAM architectures. Previously, Layne held various significant roles at Micron Technology and Untether AI, where they managed multi-million dollar CAD infrastructures and led cross-functional teams. With deep expertise across the VLSI development lifecycle and 39 US patents to their name, Layne's contributions have significantly advanced circuit design and verification processes. Layne earned a BSEE in Communication Systems from the University of Idaho.
