Mandek Richardson

Mandek Richardson is an experienced Senior Principal RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer currently employed at Northrop Grumman since November 2022, after serving as a Senior MMIC Design Engineer at CAES from April 2022 to November 2022. Previously, Mandek held the position of Senior Principal RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer at Northrop Grumman from May 2018 to April 2022, and served as a Principal RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. from June 2014 to May 2018. Early experience includes work as an RF BAW Filter Design Engineer and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of South Florida, where Mandek focused on designing and fabricating SAW biosensors for cancer detection.
