Peter Shirley has extensive experience in the refining and petro-chemical industry, with roles such as Managing Director USA at Asset Performance Networks, VP / Division Manager at United Laboratories International, LLC, and Reliability and Turnaround Section Lead at Celanese Chemicals. Peter also has a background in the United States Navy Submarine Force, serving in various roles such as Weapons Officer and Watch Officer. Peter holds an MS and MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a certification in Nuclear Engineering from US Navy Nuclear Propulsion School, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland. Peter is currently pursuing a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
