Sanne Emilie Molin

Sanne Emilie Molin has extensive experience in leadership and transformation management across various organizations. Currently serving as Transformation Manager and Afdelingschef at AP Pension since May 2021, Sanne oversees a team of 24 specialists handling critical illness and disability claims. Previously, Sanne held the position of Sektionschef at ATP, managing operational leadership and strategy implementation for a team of 24 control employees, and has experience as Souschef at both the Styrelsen for Arbejdsmarked og Rekruttering and Styrelsen for Fastholdelse og Rekruttering, focusing on development tasks and cross-functional projects. Early career roles included responsibilities in case processing and policy work at Pensionsstyrelsen, Arbejdsdirektoratet, and Arbejdsskadestyrelsen, as well as logistics and export operations as a speditør at DFDS. Sanne holds a Cand.Jur. in Arbejdsret from Københavns Universitet and a Master of Public Governance with a focus on strategic leadership from Copenhagen Business School.
