Kurt Henke

Kurt Henke is an experienced and innovative leader who has held various key positions in the fire service industry. Kurt co-founded and currently serves as a principal and managing partner at AP Triton, LLC. Prior to this, Kurt served as Fire Chief at Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District where Kurt oversaw all services and operations, including a substantial budget. With a background in the City of Vallejo Fire Department, Kurt has held positions such as Assistant Fire Chief and Director of Training. Their career highlights include increasing EMS revenue and leading operations to serve a large community effectively.
